Not only did she manage my entire kitchen timeline, but she arranged for all of the vendors to meet me in a very short time frame for quotes and discussions, to get everything moving ASAP. From the time the kitchen was started, to completion was literally about 10 days – that included demo of backsplash, prep for all painting, measuring and removal of countertops and coordination of all plumbing and electrical services needed to complete the project! I used Maria for a master bath remodel before selling my home. She worked with me to create the most elegant bath possible for the least cost. She offered several design options and looked for my opinion on all. She handled all ordering of materials and worked with my contractor to ensure the job was done correctly and within budget. When issues arose, she handled them immediately. For example, the vanity marble came in with the faucet holes drilled slightly off center. She quickly contacted Wayfair and arranged for a complete refund. We were able to keep the base and then used the refund to buy a new marble counter from a local dealer. As I work full time, I greatly appreciated her day to day hands on involvement with my project.

I was so fortunate to come across MMCC,LLC when I wanted to turn our two car garage into living space. I had no idea where to begin. My house is on the water so getting anything done was very challenging. There were so many permits needed, variances, etc. The paperwork was overwhelming. Maria was extremely knowledgeable in the process and handled it all .. I have never met anyone so organized and so professional. But it didn’t stop there. She had an eye for where the doors and windows should go. Where the Fireplace should be located. But if that wasn’t enough she also worked closely with my contractor not missing an opportunity to learn and to also offer her opinion on how it should look.

She was also responsible for keeping the job within my budget. Like I said before she is all about details and every dollar spent was accounted for and logged. I was so thrilled with her skills as my garage came to an end. I wanted to use Maria for my next project. My kitchen and redesign of space. Again, with her amazing eye we were able to take down walls and raise my floors add sky lights to create an amazing open space. She oversaw my whole kitchen project from start to finish.
